The whole platform
Three parts, and you only ever touch one
You work in the dashboard. Everything else is the part that has to survive a regional power cut without anyone driving out to look at it.
The dashboard
Upload media, build playlists, and design screens on a drag-and-drop canvas. Group your screens, schedule by day and time, and see at a glance which ones are online, what they are playing right now, and how much space they have left.
The player
One player, running on whatever the site already has — a browser tab, an Android TV stick, a Windows PC, a Raspberry Pi. Pair it by reading an eight-character code off the screen. No enrolment, no site visit, no per-client build.
The bit you never see
Serverless infrastructure on AWS in Melbourne. Each customer’s screens and content are hard-scoped to their own organisation, media is served over expiring signed links, and every screen reports its own health back so you find out before your customers do.
Why it matters
A black screen is the only failure anyone notices
These panels sit behind locked cabinets in waiting rooms and clubhouses, sometimes hours from the nearest technician. Sending someone out is the expensive failure, so the product is built around never needing to.
Plays offline
Images, video and audio are downloaded to the device before they are due to play. Lose the internet and the schedule keeps running from local storage — indefinitely, on the last good copy.
Comes back by itself
The players start on boot, hold the screen awake, and restart playback on their own if something stalls. After a power cut the wall is showing content again before anyone has walked over to check.
Never shows an error
If something genuinely cannot play — a live stream with no connection behind it — the screen skips it, or shows your own branded holding card. Your customers never see a browser error page or a blank rectangle.

Your media
Images, video, audio and PDFs — a document is turned into a page deck automatically. Paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Canva link and it plays, livestreams included.
Live apps
Clocks and countdowns, weather, news and RSS, calendars, menu boards and text tickers — configured once in the dashboard and kept up to date on their own.
Designs
A drag-and-drop canvas for text, images, shapes and live apps together, with templates to start from. The editor draws with the player’s own renderer, so what you compose is exactly what the wall shows.
