Who is behind Signexa Digital
Signexa Digital is a product of ProAdvance Pty Ltd, an Australian company that has spent years looking after other people’s IT in places where the nearest technician is a long drive away. That is where this product comes from. Signage software that assumes a reliable network and someone on site to restart things is easy to write and miserable to live with.
So the screens cache their content and keep playing when the line drops. They start themselves after a power cut. They report their own health so a fault is a support email rather than a site visit. Everything runs on Amazon Web Services in Melbourne, and no part of the platform looks at, counts or profiles the people walking past your screens.
