Change a price, not a print run
A printed menu is out of date the day a supplier puts their price up, and the sticker over the top tells every customer so. A menu board holds the items and prices in one place and every screen in the venue reads from it.

Set out the menu once — sections, items, descriptions, prices — and it lays itself out on the board. Change a price in the list and the wall follows.

Mark an item unavailable and it goes from the board immediately, rather than being ordered four more times before someone finds a marker pen.
Several screens, one menu
Three screens above the counter can each show a section of the same menu, in portrait or landscape, and they cannot disagree with each other.
