Know what every screen is doing

Pair in under a minute

A new screen shows an eight-character code with no ambiguous characters in it, so a technician can read it correctly off a wall-mounted panel from the top of a ladder. Claim it in the dashboard and it starts playing.

Health at a glance

Online and offline state, when each screen was last seen, its app version, free storage, and hardware vitals such as temperature and load where the device reports them.

Screens can send back a snapshot of what they are displaying, so you can confirm the right thing is on the wall without ringing the site to ask.

02 — Content

Media, live data, and a canvas to combine them

Uploads

Images, video, audio and PDFs. Documents are converted into a page deck server-side, and the dashboard warns you when a video is in a format your cheaper players cannot decode in hardware.

Links

YouTube — including livestreams — Vimeo, Canva designs, and raw stream URLs from cameras or encoders you already run.

Live apps

Clock and world clock, countdown, text ticker, weather and a multi-city weather wall, news and RSS, calendar, and menu boards. Configure once; they keep themselves current.

Designs

Place text, images, shapes and live apps on a drag-and-drop canvas, portrait or landscape, starting from a template. The editor uses the player’s own renderer, so the canvas cannot disagree with the wall.

03 — Specialist boards

Airports, agencies and boardrooms

Some screens are not advertising. These are the boards that do a job.

Flight information displays

Live arrival and departure boards with airline liveries, gates and statuses, split by domestic and international. Check-in counter signs flip themselves between open and closed from the airline’s live flight status. Billed per flight movement rather than per screen, so a wall of boards costs what one board costs.

Business data

Property listings for real estate windows, market boards for equities and crypto, and dashboards from Power BI or Xero on the office wall. Each connection is authorised once and checked against that screen’s own allow list every time it refreshes.

04 — Scheduling & reporting

The right thing, at the right time, provably

Playlists and schedules

Build a playlist, then schedule it by day and time against a screen or a whole group. Boundaries are evaluated on the device, so the lunch menu still changes at eleven when the site is offline.

Alerts

Push an urgent message over whatever is playing, across one screen or every screen you own, and clear it just as quickly.

Proof of play

Every screen records what it played and for how long, buffering the records while it is offline and sending them when it reconnects. Report on it when a tenant or advertiser asks what actually ran.

05 — Accounts & security

Built for more than one team

Your data is yours alone

Every screen, playlist and file lives under your own organisation. Which organisation a request belongs to is taken from the session or the device’s own token, never from anything the browser sends.

Sign-in that fits your policy

Roles for the people who publish and the people who only look. Two-factor authentication you can require across the organisation, and SAML single sign-on against your own identity provider on Enterprise.

Australian by default

Infrastructure runs in Amazon’s Melbourne region. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and media is delivered over links that expire rather than public URLs.
